  • Review the performance of all entities under contract with the Trust, (i.e., Claims Administrator, Utilization Review Firm, Insurance Consultant, Attorney, Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director And LEA) and provide clarification with regard to responsibilities.

  Audits:

  • Conduct or delegate any financial claim payment audits.

  • The Trust President and Vice President are the members of this committee. Responsibilities are outlined in the Trust Document for their respective positions. This includes, in addition, nominating members of other committees.
  • President and Directors attend all committee meetings.
  • Terms expire December 31st of the year designated.
