Hendricks Orthopedic Center of Excellence
MASE Trust members have access to the Hendricks Regional Health Orthopedic Center of Excellence, providing high-quality, comprehensive orthopedic and spine surgical care. The program offers specialized treatment for conditions involving the knees, hips, shoulders, spine, hands, feet and ankles, including joint replacement, arthroscopic procedures, ligament and tendon repair, and select spine procedures.

Members receive a coordinated, concierge-supported experience designed to guide them through evaluation, surgery and recovery. Hendricks combines experienced orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists and rehabilitation professionals to provide a seamless continuum of care.

For eligible MASE Trust members, covered Center of Excellence procedures are available with little or no out-of-pocket cost, no deductable, and possible payments to the patient depending upon the procedure.

Ascension St. Vincent Heart Care Program
Ascension St. Vincent Heart Care provides comprehensive cardiovascular services focused on prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Patients have access to experienced cardiologists and cardiovascular specialists, advanced diagnostic testing, minimally invasive procedures, cardiac surgery and rehabilitation—all supported by personalized care plans designed to improve heart health and quality of life.
Step 1:
Call (855) 782-0946 to schedule an appointment for cardiac needs. State you are a member of the heart care program. The concierge will connect you to an approved Ascension St. Vincent cardiology office.
Consult with the Ascension St. Vincent cardiology provider to plan your care.
Step 2:
Schedule reccommended tests, imaging, procedures, or surgeries at approved Ascension cardiology locations. Bring your benefit card to each appointment. Your cardiology office will guide you through prepadration and provide education for all scheduled services.
